Myfinch Returns & Exchange Policy

Sales Returns:

1.  If a damaged product or incorrect product received by customer, instead company will exchange the Quality product with required Size. We don’t provide refund for that product. Exchanges/returns are not accepted for reasons such as not liking material and colors of the product.
2.  On receipt of the Product if you notice damaged or non-opted product, Please lodge a ticket within 48 hours of delivered date with product image/video/Courier Way bill Copy through

3. We will send the mail acknowledging your concerns.
4. Company don’t offer return pick up. Please send the Return Products(s) to the address given: Uniform Factory, No.7, Ground Flood, 6th Cross, Siddaiah Road, Sudhamanagar, Bengaluru - 560027
5. We recommend /suggest “Speed Post” to send the Return Product(s) to reach us safely without any loss/damage as we are not responsible for in transit lost.
6. Ensure you obtain an acknowledgement receipt from Courier person with Name, signature, Mobile Number to claim the loss/damage in case the product(s) eventuality 
7. Lingerie/Innerwear is not accepted for Return/Exchange due to hygiene norms. 
8. Exchanges/Returns are not accepted if washed or worn, damaged,stain products. 

Exchanges:
1. Products need to be exchanged  shall be intact on Saleable Conditions meaning – Product(s) must be Unused, Not worn, Un washed, un damaged, all labels and tags intact in its original Packing conditions.
2. One time Exchange is allowed per order.
3. Normally Exchanges are opted for Size difference. Your request of Size will be exchange to the Value of amount Paid earlier.
4. Please note Customer can claim Returns/Exchange if the Products are intact in saleable conditions (not used(worn, not damaged, no strain, original product are taken for Returns /Exchange)
5. Lingerie/Innerwear is not accepted for Return/Exchange due to hygiene norms.
